Cloud Strategy & Architecture Design
We develop a clear roadmap and target architecture that seamlessly align your business goals with your technical requirements.

It is more than just a move. We help you make your data architecture truly cloud-ready.
Cloud migration is more than just technology. It requires strategy, structure and the right partner. With these building blocks, we make your data platform ready for the future.
We develop a clear roadmap and target architecture that seamlessly align your business goals with your technical requirements.
We analyse your existing data landscape and identify the right target platform for your needs, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or BigQuery.
We ensure seamless integration of your data sources and optimise existing processes for cloud operations.
We support you in implementing lakehouse architectures and open formats such as Iceberg and Delta.
We migrate your BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI and Tableau to the cloud and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We establish clear policies, ensure data quality and build a stable operating model for your cloud platform.

The first step toward a successful cloud migration is clarity. Our Architecture Assessment provides a thorough analysis of your current data landscape, helping you identify risks and opportunities while giving you a realistic roadmap for your cloud journey that is pragmatic, transparent and actionable.
A cloud transformation is complex and involves much more than simply moving data. To help you keep the big picture in view, we have summarised the key building blocks for you, from choosing the right migration strategy to observability and ensuring stable operations after the migration.
Not every migration requires a big bang. Depending on your starting point, we distinguish between the following approaches:
Together, we help you identify the strategy that fits your goals best.
Cloud platforms open up new possibilities, but they also demand stronger control. That is why we build observability in from day one.
The result is a platform that not only runs smoothly but consistently delivers real, measurable value.
The real work begins after the migration.
Robust operating models such as PaaS, DataOps and FinOps.
Automation through CI/CD, testing and infrastructure as code.
Performance and cost control with smart scaling strategies and full transparency.
Building for the future for AI, GenAI and data-driven innovation.
We ensure stability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

More InformationHow We Work
We start with an architecture assessment or a technical evaluation, depending on your current situation. From there, we decide together what makes the most sense, evolution or a fresh start. What matters most is that we understand not only tools but also organisations. That is why we align architecture, operating models and roles collaboratively.
Your Benefits at a Glance
Not every migration requires a big bang. A gradual transition is often the better choice, for example by replatforming individual components or using hybrid architectures. This keeps operations stable and gives you time to adapt your systems.
Cloud does not have to mean chaos. With the right architecture design, observability and operating model such as FinOps or DataOps, performance, costs and governance can be managed effectively, often even better than in a legacy environment.
Not everything needs to be replaced. Together, we analyse what should be migrated, simplified or rebuilt. The goal is not a one-to-one copy but a future-ready platform that is functional, efficient and aligned with your organisation.
Major providers such as Qlik and Microsoft offer dedicated data gateways for this purpose. These gateways are installed locally on a virtual machine, allowing on-prem data sources to remain inaccessible from the cloud. In most cases, no inbound firewall ports need to be opened for the data gateways.
