We start with an interview to understand your current situation, your expectations and requirements, and from this to determine the specific content and the group of participants. In addition, the scheduling of the workshop and the presentation of the agenda are part of the preparation.

The workshop takes place remotely (on your premises if desired) and includes X small working groups with the stakeholders. Together we develop a detailed effort documentation with clear milestones, a target model including comprehensive documentation as well as a precise implementation schedule within a requirements canvas. This provides you with a comprehensive and well-structured overview that allows you to minimize your risks and achieve your goals more efficiently.
